WINTER MONTHS

The professional staff who live at camp tend to the day to day maintenance issues and are rarely accessible to the phone during the day.  Please leave a message and Ken will get back to you as soon as he can.

SUMMER MONTHS

When calling Camp Parsons, remember, although we do have office hours, there are many times we are out of the office or not near the phone as we are tending to the program or we are at meals.  The reason we tell you this is that we have many irate callers who are unable to talk to a "live" person.  Please leave a message and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.  If you have an important question, make sure you leave a number that we have a good chance of getting you at, such as a cell phone.  MESSAGES LEFT ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE AFTER 0900 ON SATURDAYS WILL NOT BE RECEIVED UNTIL SUNDAY AT 1300.  Camp is closed during this time and messages will not be checked until we are back in the office.

Cell phones work well at camp, particularly Cingular/AT&T but others as well.  If you need to get ahold of someone that is the best way.  You can leave a message with us, but the individual may not get it for 12-24 hours.
